MVDesigner

MVDesigner lets you easily create RPG Maker MV Plugins. MVDesigner allows you to create and modify parameters (without any known limitations at the moment, it fully supports structs, arrays, etc). One of my personal favorite features about MVDesigner is its ability to create and edit multiple script chunks, separating your plugin from 1 massive wall of code into pieces instead. It'll automatically merge all of your scripts into 1 after exporting.

A video series will be recording as soon as I can make it happen with instructions on using this software. For people already familiar with how plugins work, this should hopefully help you create plugins more effectively!
