So, the way RPG Maker's package manager works, is it does -not- export external data, it only exports things that it's linked to in the database, which means the filters will not export, you'll need to manually copy the contents of the hwFilters1.zip (not the js file), to the www folder that gets exported with your project~

I'm slowly working on a tool to automate all of this and hopefully, if lucky, provide easier android exports for RM projects as well but Idk yet lol
