Part of a thing I'll be doing. #dollarStore plugins, just because it sounds funny. #notAffiliated with whoever owns the places CALLED "dollarStore", this isn't intended to poke at them.
Anyway~ You get this cool thing
It adds a grainy-static like effect with shades of darkness just barely noticable, as well as saturation adjustment.
Meant to simulate the effect in Metroid Dread when you walk into an E.M.M.I zone.
The video makes the thing a bit hard to see, but hopefully between the videos compression and the gif you can sorta see the effect.
